Students’ future career opportunities may not exist today. In order to ensure students are prepared, we must teach skills that will help them be successful, even if we can’t predict exactly what their careers will be.
We also need to be able to measure students’ proficiency in essential skills like critical thinking, problem solving, and written communication for prospective employers.
